Anatrino
Anatrino is a wine obtained from maceration on the skins of Tuscan Trebbiano for the most part combined with other white berried grapes.
The harvest of the old vineyard, where synthetic chemical products have never been used, neither for nutrition nor for the defense of the vines, takes place manually. Fermentation took place with indigenous yeasts.
